Victorian Mansion Blocks with Land

We were retained by a successful North London developer to find them sites without planning, in zones 1 and 2. We found them these two unbroken mansion blocks, containing 12 self contained flats and sitting on 1/3 of an acre of land.

The development had been on the market with various local agents for more than 2 years and despite a number of offers hadn't sold. Therein began a protracted period of negotiation spanning a number of months. Eventually the deal was agreed and finally completed, some 25% below the asking price.

Our clients intend to refurbish the flats, possibly securing planning to add further units, before exiting.
