Lateral Conversion

We were retained by a northern investor who was looking to purchase some more development opportunities in Central London.

This was the first flat we took him to and we agreed the purchase almost immediately. We had a very good relationship with the agent, as we had purchased a flat through them via our development business. This ensured that our offer was treated more seriously, as they could vouch for the speed at which we transacted deals.

Once we had secured the flat for the client, we worked with our Partner Architect, Nan Atichatpong, to create the design for a stunning 3 bed/2 bath flat, spanning two buildings. We also oversaw the licence for alteration process, which was particularly onerous and difficult.

The flat is currently under construction and will be let out to corporate tenants once completed.
