Edwardian Mansion Flat

We were approached by this client to design and build an unmodernised mansion block flat they had just purchased, following a recommendation by a local agent.

The flat had been rented out for many years and was in a tired state. We secured consent to remove a number of load bearing walls, enabling us to create a beautiful triple reception space containing the kitchen, living and dining areas, with a feature fireplace in the middle.

The brief was to create a contemporary, but luxurious flat, much like a penthouse. This was achieved with a dark, moody colour scheme, brushed brass fittings and a hand finished herringbone parquet floor.

The client now lives in the property and has no plans to sell.
