We recently advised our client on the disposal of this mix used freehold building, in the heart of Golborne Road, consisting of a large A3 shop (let) and a duplex flat above. The residential uppers were in a dilapidated condition and the building as whole required significant investment.

The client came to us after receiving a poor offer from a local agent. We then advised them to instruct a competitor, who specialised in selling mix use buildings in the area. As a result of this an offer was agreed at a significantly higher price, with the client paying a much lower commission. The deal was concluded in a matter weeks. The client went on to retain us to find them a development opportunity in Notting Hill.
