Our Consultancy Fees
Quick Check Service
Cost £100We write a property specific report by looking at your property purchase online, including: opinions on current value, development potential and possible issues.
'Development Adviser' Service
Fee £500We visit the property with you and prepare a detailed report on the its development potential and value in the market place. We will also advise you throughout the purchase, helping you reach a successful exchange of contracts.
Search Agency
Fees 1.5% of PPOn all searches we charge a £1000 retainer fee, which comes off of the success fee upon completing on a purchase.
