We are a boutique consultancy offering a number of services in the residential property world, from site acquisitions to design and build to asset management....and everything in between.

We are unique as we have many years of experiences across multiple sectors in the property industry. As well as a decade working for some of London’s top estate agencies, our Manging Director, Ben Wilson, also runs a highly successful development business which buys and sells millions of pounds of real estate each year and was voted, winning 'Property Developer of the Year' and 'Deal of the Year' at the Property Investors' Awards 2020.

That business can only buy so many sites per year, which leaves many opportunities for clients that retain us to find them development deals.

Design and build is also a large part of our business and we have built up teams of some of the finest tradesmen around. We have a loyal team of sub contractors, many of whom who have worked with us an multiple properties. They know the standards expected by us and work incredibly hard to ensure our clients are happy with the end results.

Ben Wilson

Managing Director

Ben has worked in the property industry for more than 16 years, initially as an agent working for two of London’s most successful estate agencies.

Ben left agency to set up his own residential development firm, alongside the business that grew to become KNIGHT as it is known today. The group has now grown to four related companies.

Ben is something of a property obsessive and is known for his detailed knowledge on the subject. He has overseen or transacted hundreds of millions of pounds of deals and developed more than 20 properties himself.

Over the years, he has built up an impressive network of contacts, whom he uses to secure properties significantly below market value.

Design is also an important part of his life and he plays a major role in designing all our client projects: from recording studios to large houses, to luxury flats.
